Beauregard Watermelon Festival
Outdoor Food Vendor (must be self-contained)
*The Festival Committee retains the privilege of changing locations of booths for unavoidable reasons. *Check in begins on Thursday, June 22, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. On Friday, all vendors must be ready by 11:30 p.m. Gates open up at 12:00 p.m.    
*All exhibitors are responsible for his/her own tent, displays, stands, table chairs, etc. 
*Exhibitors must make their own provisions for shade/rain when requesting outdoor space.
*Booth Vendors it is at your discretion to stay "open" past 8:00 p.m. However please keep in mind festival doesn't end until 11:00 p.m. each night.
*If you close before 8:00 p.m. you will be banned for 2 years.
*We the Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce DBA the Watermelon Festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Fees/Admission:

$300.00 must pay online with a credit card
Once your fee is paid your agreeing to the following terms to be an exhibitor at the Beauregard Watermelon Festival
1. Only the juried food vendor is to occupy the space/sharing or subletting will result in forfeiture of booth.
2. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the festival.
3. The festival will provide limited 24 hours security, but cannot assume liability for damage, loss, theft of an individual's product.
4. Each exhibitor is required to stay "open" to 8:00 p.m. however the festival does run until 11:00 p.m. each night. Those closing before 8:00 p.m. will be banned for 2 years.
5. Acceptance: Entry at this exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages, loss against sponsors, any employees or representatives thereof. Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances beyond control of man, no refund will be given. However, should festival be cancelled by arbitrary action of the festival staff, the fee will be refunded to the applicant.
